A Note on What This Is, and What It Isn't
Last updated: June 15, 2026
The Self-Audit method and the Reset program were created from my own lived experience. This is a framework I developed and refined over more than a decade of looking honestly at my own life, and it reflects what worked for me and the people I've shared it with.
I want to be clear and honest with you about what that means.
I am not a therapist, counselor, psychologist, physician, or licensed mental health or medical professional. The Reset is a personal development and self-reflection program. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or any form of clinical treatment, diagnosis, or professional advice.
The tools, prompts, and guidance in this program are intended for general self-reflection and personal growth only. They are not a substitute for professional help. If you are struggling with your mental health, experiencing distress, or facing a medical, psychological, financial, or legal situation that needs expert support, please seek guidance from a qualified professional. You deserve that level of care, and this program is not a replacement for it.
If you are in crisis
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out to a licensed professional or a crisis line in your area right away. This program cannot and does not provide crisis support.
By using the Reset, you understand that you are choosing to engage in self-reflection at your own discretion, that any insights or decisions you make are your own responsibility, and that the creator and Self-Audit Success are not liable for the choices you make based on this program.
Self-auditing is meant to be a gentle, honest practice. Please be as kind to yourself as you are honest, and reach out for real support whenever you need it.
